Technology and Working in the Future:
Which actions create opportunities for everyone?

How can we, hand in hand with technological innovations, create opportunities for everyone? The Department of Labor and Social Economy and AGORIA invite you to actively contribute to proposals during the Technology and Working in the Future event to make working in the future possible for everyone, more productive, and with less dropout. Examples from practice will kick off an engaging discussion focusing on inclusion, productivity, and retention.

  • How can technology help us work inclusively and get everyone on board?
  • How can we use technology to improve productivity?
  • What role can technology play in keeping employees healthy and wellbeing at work?

Be inspired by pioneers and indicate which steps you believe should be taken. During the closing words, the Flemish Minister of Labor and Social Economy will reflect on the proposed priorities and invite everyone who wants to invest in them in the future to take action.
