And& Connect and STUK present: Maxime Denuc plays Nachthorn, a Belgian première
Maxime Denuc, French, Brussels-based composer, will perform the Belgian premiere of his critically acclaimed work Nachthorn for MIDI controlled organ in the neo-gothic chapel of LUCA Lemmens.
This type of church organ can be played through a computer, turning it into a powerful acoustic synthesizer. The music is minimalist and hypnotic, oscillating between dub techno, harmonic grooves or after-hours pop.
