Manon Janssen aims to positively impact the places she sees, the businesses she serves, and the people she works with. She works in Rotterdam and The Hague for organizations in three continents, and lives in Brussels. As a convinced vegetarian, she stands for a circular economy and wants to show that reducing your own environmental footprint starts with yourself.
Janssen graduated from the Free University of Brussels and obtained a Master of Science at the Solvay School of Business. All her life she has worked for companies that operate worldwide. The common thread in her work is sustainability. Since 2015 she is CEO and chairman of the Executive Board at ECORYS.
ECORYS has been working worldwide for 90 years as an international research and consultancy firm that supports governments in tackling large complex social challenges such as climate change. Since the beginning of 2021 she is climate director for Antwerp, charged with the implementation of the city’s Climate Plan 2030.
